Hey, well I am writing a little late. I am actually going to write about Alyssa's birthday! haha. Her party was tons of fun! And barrels of laughs! Mrs. Kinney was going to take us to Blessings farm for Aly's birthday and I had known about it for 3 weeks. :) So I couldn't keep it inside. . . I did though don't worry. So I had it bottled up inside of me and I wanted to say something so bad! aha! But I didn't. Though I was wearing my barn outfit and my "Jane" necklace and Alyssa noticed my necklace and said "You haven't worn that for a while." And I was like "I know it's my barn necklace." Then I was like oops! haha. and then she commented on how I must have been having a barn day! Well I was. Haha. I have random days when I wear barn stuff. Helps me remember the horses I think! :P Well we had a wonderful time at the party and when Mrs. Kinney told Alyssa we were going to the barn I thought she was going to faint! haha. she was like screeeching! :P
So we went to the barn Sarah, Alyssa, Grandma Shatney, Leroy, Momma Kinney and I all piled into the excursion and were off! It felt like it too FOREVER to get there! But we got there! haha. Obviously! We got down to the barn and waltz right into the tack room, like the old days! :P Miss Liz and John were in waiting for us! :) So Miss Liz always teases me and listed off a bunch of the horses until she finally told me I had to ride Trixie. :) Obv! So I had Trixie! Always! Alyssa rode Pogo, we found out he is now the leader of the herd... so he was a bit bossy. Leroy rode Tieva, she is a new horse there, I forget what breed she is but she is SO cute! She also seemed very spoiled by her previous owner. . . she had a pink saddle and pink saddle pad and pink brushes and she was definately a girlie girl. Sarah rode Abi, they looked so cute! :) She did really well too! John came in on the last minute with Jim Dandy. We all rode western except John. When I got on Trixie I felt. . . in my words. . . one word, ALIVE, again. Ahh! I missed her so much! She was my best friend until we met the Kinneys. But I think other than the Kinneys a horse is the best friend to have. :D This is true. So we rode around and I was probably not supposed to ride because of my foot still healing but I did anyways! I am glad too! I would have been ok just sitting in the stall talking to my girl. But riding. . . is a good thing! This is true! I was so glad i wasn't sore. . . well a little bit but I must have iron thighs! haha. So last year and even into the beginning of this year I thought I was never going to see Trixie again so I titled this post "Always there. . ." Because I got to go see Trixie! Miss Liz said she hadn't seen Trixie so happy in a long time and told me I shouldn't leave. I really didn't want to leave, I cried but I am just emotional! Walking up that hill was one of the hardest things I have done in a while, I know I will not be back to Blessings Farm and if I am it will be for my 16th birthday because there is no where else! lol. :P :) And all of the other horses. :D It was nice seeing the new horses too. . . there is Tieva, Serenity, and Kody he got there on Saturday though, so no one could ride him, but he was gorgeous! Trixie is still my favorite. How can your un-favorite the friend who stuck with you when no one else would? Well friend-wise I mean. :) Now I have a bunch of wonderful friends that will stick with me no matter what! No matter how far away life may take us we will ALWAYS be there for each other. Well there is another good reason for this post to be called "Always there. . ." Agree? :)
